What the best tool to use for cutting a model to put on a conversion kit? Saw or panel scribed?
What kind of cutting do you need to do? Are you cutting styrene or resin? Not sure what you mean by cutting with a panel scriber- that would seem to be awfully slow and labor-intensive to me. In addition to several types of saws, many of us cut styrene with X-acto knives. If the piece is really thick, sometimes drilling a bunch of small holes with a drill along the cut line makes it easier.
A wire can also be used to cut a model. Is this for your Su-35 conversion?
Yes , thank u
I prefer something like these: www.ottofrei.com/Saw-Blades-and-Saw-Frames for precision cutting on all types of materials.
