Having picked up an air regulator from the US, you try getting one suitable for air brushing at a sensible price in the UK, I needed an adaptor for the output feed on the regulator.
Having Googled a bit I found a company called ABAC who not only stocked the part, but best of all were in Bicester(See where I live!)
Just to be on the safe side I took both regulator and airline connector into them. The guy behind the counter takes them off me, disapears for a minute then returns with the part.
The best bit though, before I could get my wallet out, the guys says not to worrry, I can have it for free.[:D]
Now that is customer service, and they’ve set up a forum for all aspects of air compressors and spraying, hobby and industrial.
