Just wondering how many ambidextrous members there are, and is it as big advantage as it seems?
I am not ambidextrous, but I think that that would be a HUGE advantage.
I can eat with utensils using either hand, but not with chopsticks. It would be awkward and look rude anyway! [:D]
I am left handed (AXE MURDERER!!!) but only for writing and using chopsticks. I airbrush, use scissors, shoot, throw, and swing stuff like axes all right handed.
I’m a rightie, but as a kid I learned to shoot pretty well left-handed in hockey. Used to play a lot of right wing.
That’s about it.
Right handed, may explain alot Lol. However I have managed to goof stuff up pretty good with both.
Left handed people are said to be in thier “right mind”, mom was a southpaw…blew that theory right outta the water.
I spill paint, leave glue prints, glue parts wrong, and break parts all with my right hand.
The only thing I can do with either hand is lose that one critical part.
Johnny K;
That is an advantage unless you deal with neurapathy at a later age. Then it can create problems. I hold things with my left hand and then I shake worse when I am tired .
Didn’t matter hunting or other stuff.
I’m right-handed but have a dominant left eye. This causes/enables me to do some things like a lefty, but for anything that requires manual dexterity, like building models, I’m right-handed. I really don’t think about which hand to use.
Well…
I find that I can break stuff just as well with both hand’s.
Many…MANY year’s ago I played Guitar. And I could get both hand’s involved while playing. ( not just “strumming with my Right hand, but using both hand’s to pick out note’s on all 6 string’s at once… drove my music teacher N U T ’ S ! " THAT"S NOT THE PROPER TECHNIQUE !!!” But, I got invited to a LOT of party’s ! )
But that’s about as “ambidextrious” as I got. These day’s , my Left hand is just Stupid !
