Sorry, no picture, but I have seen a picture of it somewhere on the net a while ago so I’ll try to describe it.
I think it is Russian pre WW2, possibly even pre WW1. It has two HUGE wheels with “million” spokes, two smaller but still pretty big trailing wheels, a turret located on a platform above the axel that connects the wheels and one bellow that platform.
I am not sure if it was actually built or was it just a concept and have never seen it on any website that sells kits. But maybe somebody scratch built it.
