I am about to start building the Black Widow, as the NASCAR version. An article in Model Cars says the racing cars with fuel injection did not use the stock air cleaner. Rather, they used a Corvette version. The article mentions there is a kit of a 57 Corvette that has the correct air cleaner. Hate to buy a whole car kit just for the air cleaner. Is there any aftermarket supplier of this air cleaner?
I know that there is a maker of engines and parts but I can’t remember their name. Hang in there John. I’m sure one of the guys will come through with the name or site. I thought I saved it but I just checked and I can’t find it. I’ll just have to remember to save it when I see it.
