Correcting a CH-149 Cormorant

I have started building Italeri’s 1/72 Cormorant SAR helicopter and have noticed that the kit only provides 2 out of the 4 bubble windows required. I have already emailed Italeri twice in the past few months to order extra parts but have as yet received no response. Does anyone have any idea how I could try making some of my own bubble windows (I’ve tried using one of the two windows given with the kit to mould a hole in clay which I then coated with Microscale’s CrystalClear; it didn’t work out as well as I had hoped.

Larry! Larry, are you still there?!?? (I know it’s old, but came up in a search for Canadian SAR) What are the odds of finding some “medication blister packs” with clear plastic?

Thanks, in the end my roommate knocked the model to the floor so I bought a 2nd one and salvaged the 2 bubble windows from the smashed 1st one.
