Some of you may remember I made a WIP post of my 21st CT MC.202, which had to be abruptly postponed when I found out I had two right wings instead of the normal left/right. Well, some months after that, I got a second kit and robbed it its left wing. Not an ideal solution, but I was able to finish the kit.
Decals were of awesome quality, thin and easy to use.
I’m now waiting for my MC.205 Veltro from 21st to arrive home (which I asked pics before blindly buying it as I used to do before). Scheme will be of Adriano Visconti. Or maybe the German version, I’ll decide later.
Hey Sturm! Thanks for sharing! I have this kit in my stash, now I need to go look at it to make sure I have a left and right wing! Did you hand paint the camo splashes on the wings/upper fuselage?
Make sure you have them, it’s gonna be a painful disappointment otherwise.
Yes, the entire camouflage was brushed with Revell Aqua acrylics. The instructions of the kit indicated for a single green coating, but further research (albeit no IRL pics found) pointed to an aircraft with this type of scheme.
