Coming back to the fold

Hi guys my name is David.

I am returning to the hobby after many years away from it. I began when I was about 10 - 12 when Santa left me a Junkers Ju 88 and a Spitfire in 1/72. I built kits on and off till I was about 18 then life/family got in the way.

Now a further 15 years later I started buying FSM about a year ago and the bug has gotten back under the skin. Finaly started bulding the Monogram 109-G kit that I have had kicking around since the mid 90’s. Now I need to look about for a compresser and airbrush.

After I get back into it all I am looking to return to my beginnings and build another Junkers Ju 88, although this time do better job of it.

Looking forward to many years of modeling now I have returned.

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone.

So far I have been mostly building WWII Planes, although my intrest has broadened with age and i’m keen to tackle a little of everything.
