…stuff is really cheap
Following TOMZAG’s advice, i went to the ‘flower-bird market’ today.
Here’s what i was able to pick up:
-Trumpeter Bears (both of 'em)// about $45 USD
-Trumpeter 32nd Flanker// about $40 USD
-this weird lookin’ ship of the chinese Navy (1/300 th or so scale) [:D] $5
-Hasegawa Valkyrie, and AH-64 // about $12
-Revell Aerobee missile (how in the world did that get here?! [?]) // $7
-some boxes full of junked up models and parts [:p] // about $5
-and some a full carton of some model magazines from aroudn the world (for about 4 bucks USD)
i got all of this for the around USD equivalent of one Trumpeter 1/72 Bear, maybe a bit more
sooo…you know what that means, pack ur bags and head to the airport.
hope this helps the travel industry…
whatever,
Anthony[:p][:)][:D]
give me 800 bucks of a round trip ticket i will be there in 17 hours!!! I WILL sleep in the street if i don’t have enough time to book the hotels.
Lol, I’d love to see China. If I had the money, I’d leave now [:)]
Like others said I would also be there if I could. What city is “flower bird mkt” in??
should try to find some dragon kits. i heard from one guy that went for a visit and scored a tiger I 3in1 kit for like 130 YUAN, how much is that in dollars??

About 20 USD. Does anyone know of a good place to buy kits in either Shanghai or Goungzhou? I leave on Sunday. Thanks,
Bill
