does anyone have any idea what those two slits are near the tail of the RAH-66?

I’m going nuts trying to figure out what those could be

My first thought would be exhaust.

If you are talking about the slits on the top surface of the tailboom, you are mostly correct. The slits on the top surface are the entry points for the ambient air that is mixed with the engine exhaust that is vented below the horizontal fore-aft cut at the mid-line of the tailboom.
