Colour question!!

What a question. Well I am building an Chinese Type 69-II and my intention is to make it resemble an Chinese machine.

So over to the big question. That is the most correct choice of paint? Is their any variations like monotone and multicolured camouflage?

Cheers Mats

dont know the exact colors but here are a couple sites with pics hope they help out a bit

I built the Trumpeter Type 87 and used and earth brown color as the base with a medium green and a dark green as the other two colors. I looked at and saved several photos to be sure of this combination. I have seen some variation in colors and camo scheme with PLA equipment. I recommend that you find a photo you like and use that as a reference to paint your model. Or, you go Iraqi and just paint it desert sand. HTH

If you remember that photo of the man in front of a tank at Tiananmen Square, it is in color and it came out in several magazines like Time. It show chinese tanks in their livery.
