is all surface the same colour or bottom of the plane can be white???[%-)]
Most Navy and Marine F-4’s were painted top Gull Gray and bottom Gloss White. This later changed to a two tone gray scheme for low vis markings.

To add to what AMM said, the flight control surfaces, (ailerons, rudder, and horz stab) were also painted glosss white. The trailing edge flaps were also gloss white. Everything else on the top surface was gull gray, with the exception of the inside of the horz stab which was left unpainted.
VMFA-333 stayed with F-4s until 1987. During the 80s the paints schemes went from the Gull Gray over White to overall Gull Gray, and finally to the TPS schemes of the different low visibility grays. If you have full color markings for the VMFA-333 Gull Gray over White or overall Gull Gray will work.

This link shows a VMFA 333 F-4S in the low vis grays TPS scheme in 1982. Most likely the colors were the same as used on the F/A-18 at that time of 36375 over 36495.

F-4 TPS colors were not 36375/36495.
I’m not so sure about the early TPS schemes of 83-86. I personally saw F/A-18’s and A-7s at El Toro MCAS is the 36375/36495 in 1983. Maybe this was not the TPS but it was certainly a forerunner and very Low Vis. The F-4s I saw there at that time were overall 36440. The darker TPS scheme of 35237/36320/36375 did not appear until some time later.
