Color of the SUU-16 gun pod

I am currently looking on the 'net but I also wanted to throw the question on the forum. I am building Revell’s F-5E Tiger II for a display model. Since the instructions are somewhat lacking in terms of color placement, what color is the SUU-16 gunpod? Looking around I’ve seen OD/dark green, but was there a standard color or other colors available?

While I know in real world scenario’s, it would not carry all of the weapons on the hard points that came with the model, but I am building it with everything.

Doing a quick image search it appears that there was no one standard color. It appears to depend upon the user- USAF, USN/USMC, RAF all appear to have a different color on them. OD, White, various grays. The only constant is the front portion around the muzzle blast area is bare metal.
