Well i’m trying to paint my cyberhobby ferdinand #15010, my problem is the over all color on tank for the model is just a primer color. I mix my paint using gunze sangyo colors its looks to dark almost looks like hull red for ships? I look at the box picture its to dark and too red. I followed the directions 45%,45% @ 10%. Does anybody have idea what i should do? Any suggestions for mixing paint or should just try and play around to get it right. thanks for any help.
Tamiya Hull Red has been suggested to be used as German Primer Red. That is the color I presume the vehicle would be. Or just check for a big spray can of primer red form any of the spray paint makers out there that catches your eye.
I’ve had Tamiya Hull Red recommended numerous times.
I use Tamiya hull red as a base, and adjust the tone with a bit of Tamiya red brown.
