Clear holographic effect?

I am getting ready to build the Tamiya 1/24 Fetrari FXX K and would like to go a polarized effect for the headlights like you see on full size exotics but don’t know how. I know Hasegawa made a clear holographic film but it’s hard to find and usually really pricey due to rarity.

I Think, Not “I know” That it is possible that you still can find material like that being sold at your local, Jo-Anns or Micheal’s - I don’t have any idea about Hobby Lobby. Try some of your local Model train stores too.
