I am looking for 1/32 scale or smaller figures. It does not matter if they are plastic, resin, or metal. Thanks in advance for the help.
Master Box makes a 1/35th set of three mounted Union Cavalry figures. They also make a set with one mounted Union soldier and a dismounted Native American scout figure with his horse.
Ten years ago DML released a 1/32 set of four casually posed Union figures as part of a series of Civil War subjects. The didn’t make anymore releases in the series and the set would probably be hard to find today.
If you’re looking for an economical ACW diorama, you’ll need to go into the toy soldier realm.

The Masterbox scout set is more properly suited to the Indian Wars. The Indian appears to be an Absarokke (Crow) by his clothing. The PA Cavalry has somewhat limited application as well, but is properly clad in ACW Union cavalry uniforms.
