Chinese destroyers Deck Green

I am doing a series of Chinese Missile destroyers. The instructions have the decks Military Green. I use Tamiya and WEM paints for most of my painting. Can someone tell me what colors to use ?

I will also be using Gray for the ships hull and superstructure. Can someone tell me what colors to use ?

Final question, do Chinese destroyers have a black strip between the antifoul red and gray on the hull ?
