Cheers to FSM! Great October Issue!!

I just wanted to say thanks to the folks at FineScale Modeler for putting out a top-notch October issue. The article by Jeff Herne, “Filling Seams” was well done and to the point. Most importantly it will serve as a reference to many old and new readers and is heading into my reference file. It was nice to see some large scale 1/32 aircraft mentioned as I am a 1/32 man myself. Hopefully we’ll see some more! Thanks again FSM for a great issue!

Mine still hasn’t come yet. [:(!]

Considering I live 20 minutes from the headquarters, I’m getting worried…

Newsagents don’t have it in here yet [B)]

Got mine a while ago and read through it. I gotta say I’m not too impressed with this issue. But then again, I’m always complainig that we need more armour and more in depth articles.

zok, FSM really doesn’t do that kind of in depth articles. if you want that AFV Tamiya and MMIR are the way to go.

Still haven’t got mine yet.

I subscribe and got mine last thursday 7 sept, not bad considering i live down under. i am enjoying the issue but it is sad to see that the articles by jeff herne will probably be the last ones as he has left fsm.

have a good one.[:)]

I got mine last week and most of my local book stores got them as well.

I still haven’t gotten my October issue. [:(]

How long should I wait before reporting a lost issue? Last time I waited too long and that issue was already out of the stores. Like I said, I live 20 minutes from Waukesha, it shouldn’t take this long…

If you live that close, at least shoot an email somewhere to FSM or wait a litttle bit, perhaps one of the “Mods”/Magazine staff will stop by

Yeah I know what you mean. Actually, I find that more and more TMMI are the best as far as in depth go. Their new one, Model Military International, is ok, and AFV are generally high quality, but IMO their content is no more in depth or better than any of the other publications that run for a fraction of the price.
