Many posts have recommended the use of this product for stripping paint from plastics and I have found it to be great for this purpose. I am wondering if anyone has tried shooting this stuff through an airbrush for cleaning purposes and/or soaking parts in it. I have found acrylics to be particularly tough to clean from airbrush nozzles hence the query about Castrol Super Clean.
I have used it mixed with water and Windex and it does a good job.
It seems to make the acrylics come off in strips of paint though as opposed to something like lacquer thinner which breaks down the paint into fine particles.
I would have good ventilation though as it can be pretty bad to inhale it in an atomized form. [xx(] [;)]
