Hans’ new job was secretly a means of getting rid of him.

Fritz’s old circus training was finally paying off
join the army they say… learn a new skill they say… and then they stick me HERE!?
Fritz Heinz, was the first German to see the D-Day invasion fleet, and the first to be captured when he landed on a ship, in the fleet, in the English Channel, seven miles off the coast.
Oh, $#(+! [:O] What was that clunking noise behind me?
When Fritz’s commander said he was of high calibre, Fritz mistook what the commander meant.

“If it weren’t for the dogtags, the British soldiers at Dover would not have had any idea what the pile of broken bones were on the beach.”
"Zey told me to climb into Ze Kannone end to kleen it , I had no idea it would launch a great circus career !

Fritz really wanted to super detail and accurately paint his new 1/1 scale DML Kanone.
Zay zed, "Join zee Army, Zee da vorld. Be all you can be. " Did that, done this and all I got was this stupid cannon.
Another of the Fuhrer’s super weapons, the fallschrimjagerkanon (yes, I know it’s bad German), was designed to land troops in Dover , but like many of the superweapons it was plagued by technical problems ( such as paratroops reduced to jelly by concussion) and was not made operational before it was captured shortly after D-Day.
Artillery Spotting.
For you info junkies out there, this was actually a German propaganda photo!
“Join zer army, zey zaid! Zee der vorld, zey zaid! Vell, eff zey pull zer trigger I think I vill be zeeing zer vorld…from zer air!”
Cheers,
