I can’t seem to get any of my active forum topics to notify me by email of new posts. I’ve checked all the proper settings within my email notifications, made sure FSM wasnt going to my SPAM folder, and verified that certain forum topics are still shown in my notifications settings. I didn’t see much in the Technical Asistance Forum on this topic. This has been an ongoing issue since this summer but it wasn’t anything I bothered to follow-up on. But, now I’d like to get to the bottom of it and get a “to-do” checked off my list. Does anyone have any ideas? Im sure its something quite simple that I’m just not seeing.
Well, I see I’ve had quite a few viewers. If you happen upon this post, and if its no trouble, please let me know if you receive email notifications when you are subscribed to certain forum topics. I’d like to know if this is a global issue or just me.
Thank you for responding. I appreciate it! Most of my activity is done through mobile device but I sift through forums on my laptop once or twice a week. I have selected the “Subscribe to Thread” tab for topics while on my mobile debice and others while on my laptop. Neither produced an email notification when new posts were made. I am not currentiy receiving the newsletter but I’ll register to receive it if you think it’ll help.
