I’ve been working on this project for alittle over 4 months now, and i finally put decals and paint on yesterday. Im going to start the weathering proccess soon, just need some advice from the experts on this site.

Im not an expert at all, but i use tamiya’s “weathering master” kits. It costs about 8 dollars and comes with 3 different weathering materiel.I used it on my Revell 1/426 USS Arizona with amazing results. For that tank i would recommend set A. It comes with 2 types of sand coloring and mud. It depends on where this tank is supposed to be. If it is in france, you would use set a, if it is in Belgium during the Battle of the Bulge, use the snow weathering stick. I hope this helps!
So instead of studying for exams, got alittle work done on this. I used vallejo pigments for the dusty look and tamiya weathering stick for the mud on the front

What kind of tracks are you using? The kit indie link tracks suck big time. I’ve searched everywhere for the DS tracks. Found a set for my Firefly Ic Hybrid.
This is the new IC, it comes with the DS tracks. They’re very nice, and match refrence photos of sherman tracks. I do not know where you can buy them as an aftermarket kit sorry[N]
Nice job on both builds.I have a soft spot for Fireflys.
A shame the photos are blurry. Looks good from what I can see.

Sorry for the crappy photos im uisng my old digi cam rather than my SLR. Im going to try again tommorw and post some new pics which will hopefully be better and have some more work done
