I will contribute Johnny Kent’s Hurricane (Airfix 1/72) from the Battle of Britain. Read his autobiography a few months ago, and then picked up some decals. His life and service are pretty interesting.
I would love to be in on this, pending my schedule for the next few months. I want to do a 1/72 Revell Twin Mustang in RCAF colors. Never actually existed, but it would have made sense since the USAF used them for continental defense in Alaska.
Budd I put you down now, so whenever you’re ready to start it will be good to go.
I put myself down for TBA, I’m torn if I want to do a crossover or do something different. I have a CF-18 on the go for the 1/72 build, and plan to do a M7 Preist for the D-Day GB. Part of me says as the host be original.
Chris, afraid i won’t be able to take part in this GB. 1) my bench is more than full and 2) i don’t have anythiung that would fit. But i am glad you have it up and running and i hope as many people as possable jump in and make it a good GB. I will be seeing how you guys get on.
And make sure you give vance a kick, he has no excuse to missing this.
I would LOVE to do a Voodoo! I have actually been wanting to do one in Canadian markings for a while now, but I don’t have one to do! So I will stick with the F-82 for now.
This going to be really tight for me as by no means am I a machine when building these things, but do put me down for a Hawker Typhoon - 1/48 scale from Hasegawa.
It will be in RAF markings, the pilot though will be Canadian.
