No not really. The base vehicles were the same (M4A4s, M4 & M4 Hybrids upgunned w/the 17pdr turret). They were all done at workshops in the UK and allocated to the various units regardless of home nation. Individual units added their particulars – many Cdn units welded copious amounts of track links onto the hull and turret to add more protection. You see some Cdn units having the .30cal MG by the commander’s cupola – but really it varies based on crews’ tastes.
If you’re hoping to do a specific unit, I’m sure people can scrounge up pics so you can model a representative Firefly.
