Well, I am no expert so hopefully others will chime in.
The 360 has both the gravity feed, and the siphon feed.
The siphon feed is for when you need a lot of paint, and
the gravity feed is for when you only need a little.
The gravity feed uses less PSI also. And cleans faster.
I have the 360 because I wanted both in one brush.

That Testors gun looks too much like the dreaded Aztec. I have used a Badger 360 for 3 years now and love it. Prior to that I used a Badger 150 for 12 years and found that Badger makes very reliable pieces of equipement.
You can’t go wrong with a Badger. I have two and both have served me without any major problems for many years. I have heard some negative remarks toward the Testors brush.
Go with the Badger.
I agree with Swanny, that Testors airbrush is just an Aztec with a different name on it. I would go with a Badger but I would buy it elsewhere as Tower Hobbies is more expensive than somewhere like Coast Airbrush, Dixie Art, or Bear Air.
By the way, that Badger Crescendo is only $69 with free shipping from Dixie Art.
Do you want a gravity feed or something that does both like the Badger 360 and Omni Matrix? What kind and size of models are you going to paint?
If you are going to be painting big models like 1/32 scale aircraft or the 1/48 scale C-130, etc you will need a siphon feed so that you will have enough paint on hand.
These factors will help in deciding what you might need.

Now which is a good q ? i don’t know why i need 360 ? what is the diff from bottom Vs. Gravity ? i am paiting rccars model (1/10 & 1/8) now i have 2 options:

A gravity-feed airbrush is more designed for precision painting along with being able to paint at lower pressures because the paint flows into the airbrush tip by gravity. The siphon-feed airbrushes are designed to attach larger jars of paint for bigger jobs and if you are painting R/C car bodies I would go with the siphon-feed as you can put a 1 ounce jar of paint on there and paint a lot without having to stop and refill the color cup which is much smaller on a gravity feed.
If I were you I would buy the Thayer & Chandler (Badger) Omni 3000 siphon-feed airbrush from Dixie Art. It is $57.95 with free shipping in the U.S.
The Omni 3000 is a much better airbrush than the Crescendo in my opinion.
You will need to buy color cups and an airbrush hose also as that price is for the airbrush alone.

Both of those airbrushes you are considering are about equal in terms of overall quality, but I personally would buy the Badger 360 of the two. The Badger 360 has a single needle and tip like many of the newer airbrushes do which is convenient, and I prefer the slim shape of airbrushes like the 360 over the fatter bodied airbrushes like the Crescendo and Paasche VL.
Another nice thing is that if you just need to touch up a color you can put just a few drops in the 360 and spray it in gravity feed mode instead of mixing up quite a bit more paint in a color cup or jar in a siphon feed airbrush. [;)]

I’ll second alot that has been said here…For doing 235mm(1/10th)bodies you’ll want a siphon feed in most cases as you will be spraying alot of one color…however with the badger 360 you can easily rotate the feed into gravity mode for detail work on the body for like racing stripes…etc. I used my Paasche VL to kick out a few bodies…but mainly use rattle cans for RC Body Finishes…
The 3 yellow fade to green bodies are ones I did…the 2 on the right are my cars…the 2 on the left are my team mates cars…these were done with my VL back when I had a compressor…now that I have a new compressor I doubt I’ll be using rattle cans anymore! BTW I would seriously recommend going somewhere other than Tower…I recently had a terrible experience with them over a model kit…Ive been ordering from them off and on for 8 yrs…they wont see a dime of my money ever again!
