What is the best way to simulate camo netting in 1/35 scale.
Thanks
Take some medical guaze pads, open the pad, stretch, roll, let the cat play with it. Dip in a 50/50 mixture of water and white glue, clump it in a heap, or roll in up, tie with heavy thread, and blow dry. Paint with the desired color, BAMMM, done.
Yes, medical dressings and watery white glue are the way to go.
that is my link to a thread i started on that in armorama, 9 replies all good
Thanks…I’ll try that…let you know how it turns out!!
I like using industrial cheese cloth. All I do is spray paint it with model masters OD green and “Viola” Instant camouflage netting. Then you can drape it, roll it up (with the watered down elmers glue mix), and put it just about anywhere you like. Fast and easy. Can’t beat that (except maybe letting the cat play with it first, I have to try that.). Chris.
P.S. If you would like some of that, email me at PzKpwTIGER@aol.com and I’ll mail you some. [:D]
Medical guaze, chopped parcely, and white glue. Allow to dry and paint.
Hello folks!
Could anybody send me a picture of the final result of this technique?
