What kind of tanks did the SS use to break the encirclement of budapest/
Tiger I and II, Panthers, and Panzer IV.

Actually they failed to break through, but they did use King Tigers, Panthers, Mk IV’s and most of the later war SPG’s…
I don’t remember the number, but Bison makes a set of decals for the battle of Balaton, Hungary - lots of info on there, most likely just what you’re looking for.
So I could put a Tiger and a Panther together on the same road because they were operating together? Would SS divisions with TIger tanks and Panther tanks have these tanks operate under the same company or were they sepaerate companies?
