British Challenger

A present from SASD this is the Tamiya 1/35, I used it to see what foliage under netting with ropes would look like.
Now all I need is a hedge to hide it behind[:D]

Hey MC you finished it,looks great! Foliage and netting look good, nice one!

Glad you like it Russ. I steered away from one of my more wild paint jobs to try and do something you’d appreciate. (at one point I was contemplating painting a union jack across the top!)

[:D]your challenger looks great,i reaky likethe cammo you did with the bushes, great work[:D]

Nice job!
I like the camo!

Very nice. Can you tell me what the two colors the camo is? I know, green and brown!

That’s a good looking Challenger. How did you do the foliage?

Nice job! Foliage is a hard one to pull off, but you did it.[tup]

Great job. Especially the foliage/camo.

that looks cool man, love the camo

Nice clean build. I like it.

Thanks for all the comments.
I’m now into my 5th year of military modelling so really I’m still a youngster at it
The colours are from MP paints and are chocolate brown and olive green (airbrushed over the initial green primer). I then added quite a bit of pastel to it which made the brown look quite weathered.
The foliage is some sort of fungus? that I find on the ground at the Brecon Forestry park. Every now and then I go up there with a bag and collect all sorts of stuff that might come in handy.
The netting is surgical gauze (pre painted) added over the top with white glue/water mix.

Very nicely done! A different camo scheme, very interesting to look at.
