Brace of Bf-109s (finished Pics)

Here are two of my latest completed builds, one Eric Hartman Bf-109 G6 and a Spanish Civil War Legion Condor Bf-109 B1, both in 1:72. The Hartman 109 is the Hasegawa G6 offering with a Hawkeye resin tail and the Legion Condor is the Heller kit, actually a very nice kit, it had more CP detail than the Hasegawa kit! Other than the Resin tail both were built oob. I built them for three GBs, the Spanish Civil War GB, the Axis Aces GB and the Bf-109 GB.

Please let me know what you think, all comments welcome.

Nice ones Jay! Especially like the Spanish Civil War version, don’t see many of those! [tup]

Those are both exceptional builds! I’m amazed at your skill in 1/72. [tup]

Very nice builds Jay. Well done [tup].

Regards, Rick

A pair of beauties Jay. Well done. The B is a pleasant change of pace.

Jay, the fact that it’s not easy to tell these are only 1/72 says volumes about your skill. Nicely done! [tup]

Arki30, Frank, Marc, Rick and Mucker, thanks for the comments. I normally build 1:48 but recently space/time/money has become an issue and 1:72 kits are detailed enough to keep my plastic addiction going and still have a nice looking subject.

Those look great- very nice!

Those are really nice aircraft models J. Very high quality paint jobs, one can only dream…

Two very nice builds there Jay. I especially like the B in Condor Legion markings.
