Books showing Colour Schemes

Hi

I am searching for a book showing the colour schemes used on German and Allied armoured vehicles in WW2. It will help me in getting more realistic outcomes on my models. I have tried Amazon etc, without success. I have tried googling it, but there are so many variations that it’s impossible to work out what is historically accurate.

Any recommendations would be helpful

Don’t know of a book but the Tank Encyclopedia website often has color profiles in its entries for each tank. Also the Pen & Sword Tankcraft series of books often center on specific tanks and contain profiles as well as model sections that have featured builds of popular kit releases.
