Boeing EB-52 (?)

That would be one big jammer. Always liked the BUFF, but I think that the Jamming role should be left to a smaller aircraft. Again that is my opinion. Bryan

Ahhh, once again the ‘Old Dog’ concept rears it’s head.

Not the first time I’ve heard of this

The Air Force is very serious about this project. They need a replacement for the EF-111 Raven and they don’t want to get anything from the Navy, ie the EF-18G. Nor do they want to have to rely on the Navy to provide ECM support for USAF strike missions.

Still like the Old Dog

Neat it is. Stealth it ain’t. Didn’t the guys in Dale Brown’s book start out with a Dog model Buff or did the add the TF-33s as part of the rebuild? It has been several years since I read that book.

Sweet, I always wondered if anyone had kitbashed a Megafortress.

Hmmm…be kinda neat if the AF took some F-14’s off the Navy’s hands, since the Navy is puttin’ them out to pasture. Maybe the EF-14 “Spycat” or something. “Anytime, anywhere, baby…IF you can see me!”

I think I read Darwin’s post about the electronic warfare B-52…the BUFF will probably see 100 years of service. Wow!
