I was offered a Monogram 1/48 B-17 yesterday cheap from a co-member of my model club. and I see the still too many props has ended.

So, If anyone wants to do this let me know.

I’m thinking of a starting date of June after The Longest Day GB has ended

Why not just start a WIP in the Aircraft Forum?

I think a WiP would be a nice idea. Personally, I don’t think these large aircraft type specific GB’s do as well as the smaller types, Me 109’s, P-51’s etc. There is a 1/48th B-17 GB that’s open ended, the host hasn’t been around for a long time and it is a bit quiet, but there still some stuff going on in there.

I didn’t know about that B-17 GB. I won’t be getting my B-17 until May 10th (next club meeting) So, I’ll probably do that

I also am looking into converting my kit into a B-17E. If any one here can give me some tricks/tips on this, I’dreally appriceate it.
