Blue Angel F/A-18

That is a great finish on a great build.

That is one stunning build PJ. Your polishing efforts turned out beautifully.

Now that is shiny. Nice build PJ

Thanks again guys. The gloss is more when looking at the actual model were you can pick from several angles and see how smooth the paint is.

I think I have the technique down for my 1930’s Delahaye Type 103 Bonneville fire truck’s paint.

WOW Just beautiful Ernie. I hope to do mine with similar results but I know better LOL.

Now that the hurricane repairs finally are done, I’ll get back into modeling after my index finger heals. I lost the end of it between the fly wheel and bendix starter gears on my outboard motor where there was no extra room for my finger . The bandage is as big as a 144 scale airplane which makes it hard to detail a model.

OUCH!!! Take care of that Jay and glad to hear your repairs are over and done with. I still have to right a leaning oak out front.

Remember to get AM decals for yours cuz the kit’s are a bit of a challenge to work with. Drop me a line if you run into any snags building it and thanks for your nice words.

Hope everything heals okay!

Beautiful model!

Thanks Jim. Glad you like how it turned out.
