Can anyone help me with a trick or two to make realistic blast bags for a DKM Bismarck model that I am building?

Welcome to the forum Gustav! Depending on the scale of the model you are building, there are places like modelmonkey.com that offer 3d prints of the turrets with the blast bags in place. I can’t offer any advice for scratch building them…sorry. Good luck with you Bismarck. I can’t wait to see it!

Miliput is a great putty to work with for creating such features. Practice first on some test piece before committing to your main project.
