I am making a a diarama of black hawk down with a 1/35 scale senting with black hawks little birds and delta force guys. I need some enemys tho and was wondering in dragon makes somolian or something that I could fake as some enemys

Nope, no one makes Somali fighters. You may be able to modify some of the Dragon Viet Cong figures or convert some of the smaller Tamiya figures into Somalis.
