I was serchin for a Black eagle modern russian tank but I cant find any kits. Is ther any kits. And do you know if russians use the tank in combat.

The T80UM2 Black Eagle was a proposed export version of the T-80. It never went past the test stage and was not produced. It was never intended for service in the Russian Army, and never saw combat. There is no model of it that I know of either.

Unfortunately, no model. The above site contains a pic of a scratched/kitbashed model at the bottom, but I’ve been unable to find any good references that would allow this project.
