Anyone use the cockpit for the Trumpeter corsair? How was the fit, and detail and so forth. I assume they made it for the Trumpeter 1:32 kit, am I right?
I used it on my F4U-1D Trumpeter Corsair (they make two). Pics are on my models site and the link is in my signature below.
I had some problems getting the main pieces to line up (floor, rear bulkhead, and side panels) but nothing a little putty couldn’t fix and hide. Everything else went together fine, and the detail is excellent.
