Alanger US (www.alanger.us) is a scam! The prices are very low, but once they get your money they never send anything back!
I currently have a claim with Paypal for 75 USD, and filed a report complaining about them!
The man behind this is called Steve Novak.
Their web site announce hug savings until “next” Friday. And every week that particular Friday changes to the next one!!! And this is happening at least from mid February, when I made that terrible mistake of trying to buy something from them.
Beware! And buy at your own risk!!!

I’ve been trying to buy some stuff thru their website lately and had difficulty getting thru the check out process with paypal. So I asked a few questions here on the forum and some other guys had trouble getting the kits they ordered. That company is having troubles of some sort. I’ve been able to contact Max and I told him about my concerns about the problems he’s having to fullfil his orders. I told him I would like to buy some kits but was afraid to never get them once paid.
So he offered me to send me the kits and once I receive them, I could send him a check. In these conditions, I cannot loose. So I’m waiting for these kits right now.
They’re having trouble but I don’t know what kind of trouble, he didn’t explain to me. So, unless you have a really safe way to deal with them, I would suggest you to get your kits from somewhere else.

I ordered one kit from them last fall. It took la little onger than expected to receive it - but it eventually came and was in perfect shape when it arrived.
When I didn’t hear anything from them a week or two after placing the order, I sent them and eMail. They replied right away. We traded another couple eMails, and the kit arrived a week or so later.
They do have very low prices. I even received the “free gift” that they promised with the order.
For better or for worse - this was my experience with them.

I try warning people for every two satisfied customers, there’s another three unsatisfied customers. I had great service for years, but then got hit with the problems last year. With all the problems and all the other places to buy from, I’d rather buy from a place that gives me peace of mind.
