Best Tool for Z Bending Wire?

I need some feedback on what the best tool for making Z bends in .5mm and smaller wire?

I’m trying to make latches for 1:35 scale project and the Z bend I need to make is about .5 to .75mm. I tried using tweezers but their just too big to make the second bend that small.

You need finer point tweezers. One of my pair of tweezers has needle points on them. You need to have several tweezers- no single pair will do every modeling task. I generally keep four different ones on my bench. Of course, with needle nosed pliers you cannot bend hardened (stiff) wire, so you must use soft wire.
