Best Sabre?

Guys,

Has anyone had experience with both the older 1/144th Areoclub Sabre and the newer Ozmods F-86 in the same scale? Which is best or should I just get both and make a hybrid?

Can’t help you here, as i don’t really do braille scale… I’m building the Academy F-86F in 1/48 and I think it was a fairly decent kit… If you want to do the SabreDog, the Monogram ProModeler is a good choice (Though i hear the revell one is the same thing in a different box)…

Just for reference for those interested, I have the academy, hasegawa and Fujimi F-86 in 1/72 and fujimi’s is hands down the best. Crisp, very fine recessed panel lines. Just FYI.

Hmmm… Isn’t fujimi’s offering also the most expensive? LOL! [:)] I had a nice Fujimi A-6 once… Fantastic build easy to put together… unfortunatly, i didn’t do paint back then… [sigh]
