Best PE Set for StuG III Ausf G?

Greetings all,

Anyone have an opinion on the best PE set for my StuG, or who makes the best sets in general? This will be my first time using PE and the proprieter at the LHS said he prefers Aber, yet another modeler I know said use the Eduard. Not sure which direction to go here…[%-)]

Any advice would be appreciated!

I guess it depends on what you want. Aber is more detailed and may give you more than what you want. Do you want zimmerit? Schurzen? Eduard may be your bet. They are cetainly less than Aber. Do a search at Greatmodels to see what it is you want. Sorry to be of so little help.

If you want just a regular pe set, lion roar is supposed to be excellent. I’m almost positive they have a set for the stug.

Thanks guys, appreciate the feedback. I did find the Lion’s Roar set after I posted. It does look pretty good, so it looks like that is the way I’ll be going.
