Who make the best F-86F kit?
Is it Hasegawa or Academy?
Note, Esci is OOP but are their kits O.K.?
I want to do a 1/48 model of a Canadair Sabre Mark 6 in Luftwaffe colors, circa 1963. Is it best to adapt the Hasegawa kit or use an Esci from E-bay?

Both are nice kits. Don’t bother with the ESCI, the plastic is quite thin and likes to warp. Not in the same class at all. I think all the ESCI kits are the same, they just labeled them as different variants but they are not. The Sabre 6 had the slatted 6-3 wing without the 2 foot span extension of the F-40.
both are awesome kits and comes down to personal preference.
if you want an engine display, then academy is the weapon of choice.
