I try a crash landed plane. Should i bend all three/four blades or just the two facing the ground? Is there a particular pattern?
Yes there is. An engine running at full power, the props will be bent forward. At low power the props will be bent back. All three/four will be bent as the engine is still rotating. With the engine at off, only the props that come in contact with the ground will be bent.
you will have to check that the aircraft that you are modeling didn’t have wooden blades too as they just shatter when they hit the ground. Greg
