I am current constructing a Japanese Ki-51 SONIA aircraft and the painting guidelines indicate the cockpit should be a BAMBOO GREEN. Could anyone familiar with this color give me a description: IE close to interior green or close to olive drab etc. as I typically spray Model Master paints. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR ALL RESPONSES.

Mix 10 parts aluminium to 1 part clear green, or paint the interior in aluminium then cover with a light coat of clear green.

This is what is referred to as “Bamboo Green.” It is the cockpit of an A6M Zeke, which is also manufactured by Mitsubishi.
The color that Lobbie is describing is Aotake green, an anti-corrosive covering that was applied to some internal components, but not cockpits.
