Badges? Badges!? I don't need no stinking Badges!!!

Hello. I’m hoping someone can help me with a technical problem I can’t seem to figure out. I recently partcipated in the D-Day Group Build ( and thoroughly enjoyed it) and received permission from the organizer to display the GB “badge” in my signature. John ( the organizer) posted the badge in one of the replies on the GB thread, but I don’t know how to retrieve it and add it to my profile/signature. So, I guess I need to know how people add images to their profiles. This is different from merely posting images, as I have the hang of that. Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi Glenn:
If you weren’t supplied with a URL the first thing to do (assuming you don’t have an Apple) is right click on the badge and then click “save picture as…” this will allow you to save the pic to your hard drive (remember where you put it!). Then upload the image to your host site.
Once you have done that go to your profile and scroll down to where it says “Signature: Text & Graphics Version” (Note that there is a “text only” version) and add the URL just like you would to post any other image.
