Badger 200-3

Hello,
I am new to airbrushing and was wondering if the badger 200-3 that I purchased some time back would be a good airbrush for me to learn on for plastic models?
Thanks, George

George, welcome to the forums.

It would not only be an excellent brush on which to learn but an excellent brush all around. I have a Badger 200 and it works extremely well. You can get both braod coverage and fine line detail with it, and being single action, you won’t be needing to develop you trigger finger skill while simulataneously learning everything else there is to know about airbrushing. When you have specific questions that come up, ask away, there are a lot of knowledgeable people here.

Andy

Thanks Andy, I sure will.

Good choice - will last you a lifetime and if in any doubt just look at loftycomfort’s recent post and the signature photos. I am assuming a Badger 200 was used (based on the content of the post) but don’t know for sure. Anyway I have had my 200 for 12 years and whilst only recently returned to plastic modelling it is still teaching me the art!
