For those of us who love their 1/700 and other small scale airplanes for detailing our creations and dioramas, I received this discouraging e-mail today when I asked them to consider addig a few airplanes:
“Thanks for the enquiry. We are discontinuing most of the aircraft and have no plans to produce any more new subjects…sorry about that!”
So you know what that means - stock Up NOW!
Yeah and they are having issues with paints and color consistancy quality also.
BUMMER!!! I just went to order some FJ2s for their wings to modify their Cougars into Panthers and they just took them off their catologue.
It is almost next to impossible to model a Korean War carrier, no more Skyraiders or Cougars, Pitroads are hard to come by and are expensive. Hope Dragon comes through with their Korean airgroup someday. Until then, time to break out the old carving set and the resin and cast my own.
