Back to the addiction

Hello to all,

Looking forward to learning and relearning skills I have long not used. I used to build WW2 Dioramas when I was in my teens along with airplanes. Life got busy, wife, kids, job (s) etc… Same stuff a lot of you went thru. Now I am ready to start some quiet me time, locked away in my office.

I love motorcycles, so I bid on some models and got 4 for around $100. One is a Barry Sheene Suzuki MATCHBOX one from 1979 before they sold out to a Japanese co.!!

Really excited and can’t wait to start (waiting on all the supplies).

Thanks for your time

Laurent

Welcome aboard.

Welcome! If you like motorcycles take a look at the Tamiya kits - they are really well engineered and a joy to build.

BTW: there is no cure for the addiction…

It,s not an addiction just because i sought out a hobby shop in Singapore while there in the NAVY,built a C-5 on board the USS Eisenhower in our ready room.Had to have my fix but never an addiction.
