As a youth and teenager, I was heavily into model building. Then came college, getting a job, getting a house, getting married. Now, 10 years later, I’m back into modelling again. I’m starting from scratch, because I had gotten rid of all of my tools, spare decals, spare parts, etc… My interest are WW2 German aircraft & armor, as well as US Navy/Marines aircraft from WW2-1960’s and modern American jets.

Welcome to the forum, Dirk. I also returned to the hobby after a while away (25 years), and I tend to favor Luftwaffe aircraft as well.
Looks like you’ve got some hardware (kits) and software (tools, paints, etc.) purchases to make. If there’s no hobby shop around, there are plenty on the web.
