Does anyone have a picture (or a reference to a picture) of the nose art for the 414th Bomb Squadron, 97th Bomb Group, B-17 “All American”, #124406, stationed in North Africa in 1943? I can find pictures of the battle damage but no pictures of the nose of the plane.

I dug through all of my reference books and on-line and could only find pictures of the damage. Nothing with the nose art or anything else with the undamaged aircraft.
You might check if that group has a historical association that might be able to help you out. Otherwise you might have to punt with some artistic license. Good luck with your search.
